April is science fiction month the dear cousin of fantasy month. While fantasy world usually draws on the past for their scenery, the science fiction genre typically concentrates on the future and technology, although that isn’t always necessary. Science fiction should be more believable than a fantasy which means it needs to resemble some scientific principles. I am excited to get started with this month’s work. AND I already have my story idea and am plotting it out!

The novel that I selected is Dune by Frank Herbert; and the stories I am planning on reading are “Flowers for Algemon” by Daniel Keyes and “Nightfall” by Isaac Asimov.

Fell free to read along and give your two cents!
